- Products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Exceptions
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified in any way are not eligible for a refund.
- Products that are missing parts or accessories are not eligible for a refund.
- Products that have been damaged or abused are not eligible for a refund.
Warranty Refunds
- If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge.
- If a replacement is not available, we will provide a full refund.
